中華總商會贊助香港樹仁大學工商管理的十二名學生到上海實習。實習為期一個月，實習成員共分為四小隊於鴻福堂上海實習。讓同學們初步認識了解對國內企業及市場，及感受中國經濟發展的衝擊。另外，於內地生活更讓同學們體會到兩地文化不同。
