14 – 27 July & 21 July – 3 August 2016, An academic exchange programme between Hong Kong Shue Yan University (HKSYU) and National Taipei University (NTPU) constisted of two parts. For the first part of the programe, a group of 25 students from our Faculty of Commerce visited NTPU in Taipei from 14 – 27 July, during which our students attended lectures in business, law and general education, together with two course-related field studies and five activities of exploring Taipei arranged by NTPU. For the second part, 25 NTPU students visited HKSYU campus from 21 July to 3 August with the similar programme arranged by HKSYU. Both HKSYU and NTPU exchange programme participants met at HKSYU on 2 August for group project presentations and experience sharing. The programme was well received by the students from both universities. During the period, 7 HKSYU students served as student ambassadors to receive exchange students from Taiwan. The student ambassadors not only acted as a guide to HKSYU campuses, but also accompanied the exchange students to the field trips during the 2-week visit.
