Ten SYU students attended Austria and Belgium summer School 2019 – Hidden Business Champions. A unique two-week summer school in two surprising countries offering insight in innovative business & sales models held by Artevelde University College and University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria.
The first week of this summer school focused on cooperative and design thinking, which would unleash students’ creativity in order to bring them from an idea to a prototype. The second week started with a city trip to Vienna, continuing with an academic program in Steyr at the Faculty of Management.
Students also visited Brussels and Ghent so they could discover beautiful medieval city centers and the headquarters of the European Union. After their week in Belgium, their journey through Europe went via Frankfurt to Vienna.
